Als Verantwortlicher für das Kompetenzcenter übernehmen Sie auch Recruiting-Aktivitäten. Sie übernehmen bzw. leiten die interne Facharbeit des Prüfungsverbandes zu ausgewählten Themen des Risikomanagements und geben Ihr Wissen zu den Themengebieten Ihrer Facharbeit im Rahmen der internen und gegebenenfalls auch externen Referententätigkeit weiter.
Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities. A solid history of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent. Fluency in English; additional European languages—especially German—are a plus.
What You Bring A proven track record (7+ years) in leading industrial capital equipment sales teams, ideally in the corrugated, printing, or machine-building industries.At least 5 years of experience managing sales teams in international or multi-country environments.In-depth understanding of the EMEA corrugated market and an established network of industry contacts (preferred).Strong technical aptitude and experience in solution-based sales.Demonstrated success in matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.A solid history of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.Fluency in English; additional European languages—especially German—are a plus.Willingness to travel across the EMEA region (up to 50 – 60 %).
