Responsibilities: Within the aircraft program management organization and interfacing functions, such as Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Engineering and Industrial taking the responsibility to define and to establish PM planning, controlling and reporting governancePM templates & tools securing lean planning, execution and controllingdigital visual management dashboards for program KPIs monitoringcontinuous consolidated reporting of program overall performance statusPreparing and releasing of PM guidelines and reference documentation constituting the D328eco PM frameworkWith regards to planning & scheduling:Preparation and maintenance of integrated L1, L2 & L3 schedule (for development, supply chain & industrial) in cooperation with program managers and specialist departmentsPerforming of CPA (critical path analysis) and identification of clashes and opportunities for schedule improvementsPreparation and maintenance of delivery schedules & KPI (S-Curves, OTD, RFT...)Implement planning tool improvements (e.g.
